Refund Policy:

At Keassy's Cakes, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our custom cakes.

1. ** Cake Tasting/Consultation: Refunds are not available for cake tastings but are refundable for cake consultations if made at least 72 hours before the scheduled meeting time. If a cake tasting/consultation is booked, then a partial refund will be issued only for the consultation fee. The cake tasting fee will be forfeited.

2. **Custom Cake Orders: Deposits for wedding cakes are non-refundable if cancelled within 3 months of the reserved date. Half of the deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 3 months before the reserved date. Deposits for custom cake orders are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of delivery/pick up date.
