At Keassy's Cakes, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our custom cakes.

1. ** Cake Tasting and Consultation Refund Policy: 

​

• Cake tasting fees are non-refundable. Consultation fees are refundable only when the consultation is cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled meeting time.

• If a cake tasting and consultation are booked together and the appointment is cancelled at least 72 hours in advance, only the consultation fee will be refunded. The cake tasting fee is non-refundable and will be forfeited.

2. **Custom Cake Orders Deposits and Cancellation Policy: 

​

• Wedding Cakes: Deposits are non-refundable if the order is cancelled less than 60 days before the reserved date. If cancelled at least 60 days before the reserved date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

• Custom Cakes: Deposits are partially refundable if the order is cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the delivery or pickup date are non-refundable.
