1. **Order Placement**: All custom cake orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance to ensure proper preparation and design. For larger and more intricate custom cake orders, we suggest placing custom orders 2-3 weeks in advance and wedding cake orders at least 4-6 months in advance.

2. **Payment**: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the entire amount due is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery.

3. **Cancellations/Refunds**: Cancellations for wedding cakes must be made at least 90 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date for a partial refund of the deposit. Cancellations for all other custom cake orders must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled pickup/delivery date for a partial refund of the deposit.

4. **Allergies and Dietary Restrictions**: Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions. Our products are prepared in a home kitchen where common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens, may be present. While we take reasonable precautions to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact. Customers with severe food allergies should consider this before placing an order.

5. **Delivery**: Delivery services may be available for an additional fee only within Polk County, FL. Please confirm delivery details at the time of ordering.
